After the 1st transaction I was convinced that she is Wonder Woman. She is excellent in her knowledge of Real Estate, a business of which many just skate through. She takes the time to know her client, their interests and needs. She is well versed in the process and what it takes for the transaction to go smoothly. Emily stays on the timeline and is in communication with the broker on the other side of the transaction to keep them accountable for the same. She is continually marketing and networking to get your property out there. I’ve learned so much from her, now my standards are above average. She definitely set the bar. We have a property in Santa Fe that is currently rent to own under contract and we are concerned that the agent we originally worked with is more an advocate for our client than for us.

Emily did some investigating into the situation and gave us some very professional advice which we followed up on. If and when the contract comes to end date we may end up with the house as we are concerned that our client might not be able to meet the balloon payment requirement. At that point we fully intend to have Emily represent us and manage the sale of our house.
